Seamless Interpersonal communication is an important aspect of team’s success.

In the activity, every team has roles of senior managers,middle managers and the front end executives. Each team is tasked to work on a client project – To deliver X number of similar products within a stipulated time.

Only the CEO has the instructions and he operates out of a common location. Only the mangers can communicate with the CEO and cascade the information to the front end executives who work on creating the product.

Its interesting to see how teams communicate and collaborate to deliver the client project within the specific deadlines and guidelines.
